Smile Train

Kalra Law Firm strives to have a positive impact on peoples lives in the community and also for humanity. That is why we regularly donate to charitable foundations such as Smile Train, to give back to those in need of help. Smile Train provides underprivileged youths born with a cleft lip the incredible opportunity to have corrective surgery. If left untreated, children with a cleft lip cannot eat or speak properly and some are not able to attend school or hold a job. Below is a link to Smile Trains website, where you can learn more about the condition and see how you can also help to improve the lives of these children forever.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation

Kalra Law Firm supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island under the belief that every child has the ability to succeed and shine.  We believe that by changing the course of young lives we can in turn change the course of a community’s future. That it will lead to a reduction in poverty and unemployment, to safer schools and neighborhoods, or to a renewed optimism for growth. For 40 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been making a positive difference in the lives of our region’s youth by developing and implementing a wide range of mentoring programs.
